URL Networks offers two different types of support and can support a growing range of technologies.
Remote Support, which is our most popular is where we log in remotely to your computer and address the issue straight away using your broadband internet connection. Credit card payment is required for this service and we ask that you pay the first hour upfront and authorise us to bill any subsequent hours to your supplied credit card.
Onsite Support, is where we come to you and investigate your problem and fix the problem or advise what the problem is and the costs to resolve.
